At Manu Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all unworn and original-condition items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including the dust bag and all designer tags, ensuring the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
